Amazing ambiance and a fantastic selection of dishes. A must-try place. I recommend ordering all your dishes at once—they arrive in a perfectly timed sequence, allowing you to savor each plate and enjoy the beautiful presentation before the next dish comes out. At MOMO Amsterdam the experience is a refined fusion of Asian flavors and cosmopolitan energy. The yellowtail ceviche stands out precisely balanced with yuzu soy & chili. The shojin vegetarian sushi brings elegant simplicity, while the shrimp tempura roll adds a satisfying contrast in texture. Food here is amazing, service at the bar was impeccable but at the table quite slow and also got our order wrong which generated additional waiting time. Of course the dish was delicious! Prices are quite high with that level of service.

We enjoyed the sushi, which was flavorful, though portions are smaller than typical. Note that a 12.5% service charge is added. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for a special occasion rather than as a regular go-to spot.
We visited as a group and were seated in a beautiful private dining area. The service was good and the setting was very pleasant. However, considering the brand’s reputation, the overall experience felt like it was missing a certain finishing touch.
