The difference between one and three Michelin stars is clear here. Having extensive experience in fine dining, I can say the teamwork at Cocina Hermanos Torres is exceptional. You feel fully immersed in a refined yet friendly and respectful atmosphere that never feels uptight. The open industrial kitchen concept is brilliant, and the chef personally welcoming us to his home was a wonderful touch. Every detail, from the glasswork to the lighting and the artistic composition of the high quality ingredients, was perfect. They are also incredibly flexible with allergies and dietary needs, making us feel welcome from the start. We paid around 750 euros for two people without alcohol. While it is an investment, it is worth it for such a memory. My only suggestion would be to offer a structured non alcoholic wine pairing or more options for those who only want a glass or two rather than a full bottle. We enjoyed a couple of nice kombuchas, but a curated pairing would elevate the experience for non drinkers. Bravo to the entire team. We will be back.

We had a lovely experience at Cocina Hermanos Torres. The service was outstanding, from carefully explaining the concept of each dish to being attentive to every detail we needed. We loved all dishes, I would only say some of the dessert weren’t the best but because the savoury dishes were simply outstanding. I would 100% recommend this place for celebrations and special occasions.

I think what really makes this place stand out is the service and experience. I loved my time here and I am giving it the 5 stars but there a few notes to share. As far as 3 Michelin Stars goes, for the food itself, it could have been better. This is only because of the level and standard they command. Everything was done perfectly and everything was fantastic, but for their level it is supposed to truly blow you away and change your perspective on food, in that regard it falls a bit short. There wasn't too much innovation or flavors that really are unforgettable. Presentation was also classic and very elegant. Each dish was very pleasing to look at. Their service was top notch. Very knowledgeable staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy what they did and were excited to share their perspectives and knowledge through your dining experience. The wine pairing was also very complimentary, some very unique compliments that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Essentially perfect. Spectacular open kitchen setting. Meticulous and warm service. Ethereal food. Wonderful wine. Whimsical and brilliant presentation. They don't give out three Michelin stars for nothing.

There is good and then there is exceptional. This was the highlight of our recent trip to Barcelona. Everything about our experience was 5-stars - arrival, ambiance, service, pacing and of course the food. It would have been great to have a non-alcoholic pairing but that did not detract from our wonderful experience. One of the best 3-starred establishments we have dined in. Bravo and well done to the entire team at Torres Brothers’ Kitchen!
