The food is spectacular and the service extremely helpful. If you have any food intolerances this is the place for you (and even if you don’t!) The menu is packed with options and the kitchen is more than happy for changes. It’s reasonable in cost Food to go is epic as well. A must visit!
🟢🔴 Our experience here was so mixed. Some aspects were perfect, while others were off. Starting with food, we got a pistachio egg and a black ravioli. Both were super tasty and delicious. The drinks were not as expected, though. Especially the smoothie we got wasn't very good. For dessert, we got a banana-raspberry croissant and banana bread. They were so mid in taste. Overall, the food was great, but other things were not. And the prices are set so that you think you’re gonna get something very special and different. But you’re not.
Amazing food!! Super delicious and creative, and the presentation was beautiful :) the staff were super friendly too. Perfect for veggie people , but they also have ethical fish options! we will be back!
Perfect place for creative and tasty vegetarian/vegan or pescatarian meals. Pizza style focaccias and burgers are simply amazing. Their kombuchas are highly recommended, too 😋 The atmosphere is captivating, restaurant is quite spacious and can easily accommodate big groups. They have inside & outside sitting areas available on the ground floor and first floor. The staff is welcoming and friendly. If you happen to be in Barcelona, you should definitely give it a go.
Flex & Kale has become one of my favorite spots to eat in the city. The menu offers a great variety of balanced and flavorful dishes, with options for different dietary preferences. The food is always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The outdoor terrace is a highlight — perfect for sunny days to relax, enjoy a matcha latte, and have a nice conversation with friends. A place I happily return to again and again.
