Absolutely incredible experience at LomoAlto! The quality of the meat is simply outstanding—cooked to absolute perfection and bursting with flavor. We loved getting to see the beautiful cuts of beef before they were prepared. We started with the delicious tomato and tuna salad and the beautifully presented anchovy toasts, both of which were fantastic fresh starters. The spiral potato was also a fun and tasty side! If you are a steak lover in Barcelona, this place is an absolute must. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an outstanding culinary experience in Barcelona, Lomo Alto delivers on every front. I started with a beef carpaccio that was fresh, expertly seasoned, and set a high standard for the evening. The highlight, however, was the meat. It was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and handled with care. To accompany the steak, the mashed potatoes with truffles which were rich, creamy, and simply delicious. To finish the evening, the cheesecake was very good, offering a lovely balance to the rich, savory courses that preceded it. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was great. The staff was highly professional and attentive, ensuring that the entire dining experience was seamless and welcoming. I highly recommend Lomo Alto to anyone seeking good meat.

We were greeted with courtesy and served with hospitality. Luckily the Iberico Ham was sold out, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to try the beef "ham" (cecini? don't remember the exact name). Ordered the 60-80 days cow and 180 days OX, I was surprised by the taste and experience. Fries and salad also came along. The wines charging was a bit high, but they have a wide selection of choices. If I ever come back to Barcelona again, I will definitely revisit this restaurant. Excellent Hospitality Excellent Environment Excellent Taste Excellent Variety Very Good Pricing (given what they have but others don't) I would give a 4.8

Delicious food, lovely experience. Had the full tasting experience with my brother on holiday and enjoyed every course. Our server Eduardo explained every dish very well and made sure the evening was really enjoyable

Underwhelming as a steakhouse: - don’t get me wrong the beef is great and they really boast aged steak from various breeds of cows and regions - however despite the amazing ambience, it didn’t feel warm as a steakhouse - barely service staff around - the sides were extremely underwhelming which was the reason for the lower ratings: each steak came with some sides but the sides were literally 4-5 slices of roasted peppers. - the fries served weren’t that crispy and worse was they had stuffed the base of the bowl with crushed paper to give the appearance that the bowl was full of fries when it was only half filled. - I found that rather stingy for an expensive restaurant - the apple desert (not pictured) looked very artificially colored.
