Went to the D&G exhibit, it was awesome! For those who like art and fashion it's a must. Buy your tickets online, if you buy them at the venue you will pay about $5 more. Exhibit ends June 14th. If you go, enjoy!

We visited the immersive Dolce & Gabbana exhibition at the ICA museum. The exhibit was amazing and is definitely a must visit if you have some fashion interest. Even if you bring along some non fans of museum they will be subjugated by the exhibit. The mise en scène is incredible and every room brings you deeper the D&G haute couture world. Visiting the regular exhibit of the museum afterwards was disappointing…

Visited ICA to catch the Dolce & Gabbana exhibit, and honestly, the whole experience was just flawless. The space itself is stunning, and the way they have everything laid out makes it really easy to just get lost in the art. The From the Heart to the Hands exhibit is incredible. It is not just about the clothes, you can really see the craftsmanship and the love they put into every single piece. It is fascinating to see how they mix that classic Italian heritage with such a contemporary, playful vibe. The staff were great, too (as always) really welcoming and helpful, which just adds to the whole experience. It is easily one of the best things I have done in Miami lately. If you have the chance to see this exhibit before it moves on, definitely make the trip. It is such a well-curated space and a perfect way to spend a few hours in the Design District. Highly recommend checking it out. By the way, parking across the street is very cheap, we paid $3 for 6 hours and the museum garage (the one with metal cars figures on the wall)

This modern art museum in Miami was a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the excellent guided tour that really brought the works to life. We managed to see all three floors, each with completely different paintings and sculptures, so it never felt repetitive or boring at any point. The museum regularly refreshes its content, with new exhibitions every six to eight weeks, which makes it a place you can return to again and again and still discover something new. Through the guide we learned the artist’s story in depth, following their development across several decades and seeing how their style and ideas evolved over time. Overall, it’s a highly recommended visit for anyone interested in contemporary art, from casual visitors to serious art lovers.

The Institute of Contemporary Art in Wynwood is probably one of my favorite museums and places to visit in my city, Miami. The best part is that it’s one of those rare cases where you don’t have to pay an admission fee, which in my opinion more people should take advantage of. The different pieces of artwork and exhibitions across the multiple levels, as well as the backyard sculpture garden, are amazing. I can easily spend a couple of hours here diving into the artwork and taking photos. The large windows and natural light make it a great place for pictures. I always bring guests visiting from out of town here, first because it’s close to where I live, and also because it’s right in the middle of the Design District. It’s easy to combine a visit with other spots in the area, which makes it a perfect stop when exploring Miami.
