Please change your breakfast menu everyday. I ate the same items for 3 mornings and I would have liked a variety. I like the location of the hotel and your staff is helpful and friendly. I appreciate the high standard of cleanliness. But one morning I came back to my room unexpectedly and saw that housekeeping was changing the bedsheets. And they just put the old bedding on top of my open luggage and it was touching my personal items and clothing. I can understand that they do that while making the bed and they need space because the room is small, but it is still not very nice. Please remind your staff to have good hygiene standards and respect guest items.
Forgot to take photos of the room because we arrived so late, but our stay was phenomenal. Our room was so aesthetically pleasing and had a really nice, peaceful vibe to it. They also put nice complimentary snacks, drinks, and toiletries, which were all really lovely and made our stay all the more special. In addition to these, the bed was super comfy and the shower was just perfect. I highly recommend this place!!!
My stay at the Muji hotel in Ginza was so worth it! Not only are the rooms decently sized (especially for Tokyo), the amenities, design and layout is very “Muji”. The location is also very convenient. You’re steps away from train/bus connectivity. And you’re right next to some amazing shopping areas! You can find everything, from luxury stores to vintage shopping here. It’s especially convenient if you’re visiting towards the end (or very beginning) of your trip because you can get almost anything you need from the store downstairs. I ended up buying new luggage, stocking up on my favorite Muji essentials and snacks, and even got souvenirs for folks back home. I also want to call out Cody (Koudai) for exceptional service. They had my luggage that I dropped off before check-in, ready in my room once I was able to check-in to the room. Him and Tomoka even helped me ship out postcards on my very last day when I had to rush out to catch my flight. I’d love to stay here again when I’m back! For anyone wondering why anyone would want to stay at a “store related hotel?” I hope this review will be helpful!
Perfect for those who are fans of the Muji aesthetic. The location in the heart of Ginza makes the hotel unbeatable for shopping convenience. The hotel is generous with amenities and lounge refreshments. Cleaning and maintenance leave no room for complaints at all. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
This an amazing hotel. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. The rooms are unique and all the produces are from the Muji store that you are part of. Evening drinks is a lovely touch, with nibbles, soups and noodles. The location is great for getting around it is just a quick walk to trains, metro etc and Toyko station is not far. As it is mainly a shopping area it is quiet in the mornings and evenings.
